Product director who designs and builds. I lead product management, UX/UI design, and education at Ontraport, a CRM and marketing automation platform. My work spans applied AI, payments, and CRM data, from discovery through launch. I prototype in Figma and Claude Code. Before software, I spent three years as an auditor at a CPA firm in Tunisia.
